We then speak to Brad and Sarah Braxendell, 2 local teachers, who join us to discuss the challenges of teaching remotely, as well as the reward of seeing their students overcome obstacles and take an initiative in their learning. They also discuss winning a grant from Cox, to assist in their teaching efforts.
We then hear from Caleb Kinchlow, author of Parents, Kids & Technology, who has some ideas on how to assist with the current homeschool situation most families are finding themselves in at this time.
Sabrina Carr joins us next to discuss Foster Care Awareness Month, and the efforts of The Up Center to support children in Hampton Roads.
