GREENVILLE, N.C. – East Carolina Athletics Director Jon Gilbert announced today the men's basketball regular season finale against Cincinnati on Sunday, March 7 will be open to the first 400 fans.
Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
Tickets are complimentary for the general public and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Student tickets will also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Fans and ECU students will enter at the entrance to the Smith-Williams Center 1 hour prior to competition. All spectators will have assigned seats grouped in two-person pods separated by a minimum distance of six feet.
"We are hoping Pirate Nation will come out and support our men's basketball team in their final game before the conference tournament," Gilbert said. "We are very appreciative of the cooperation from our supporters throughout the pandemic and we understand the frustration of not being able to attend games in Minges this season. I hope this opportunity will encourage Pirate fans to come out on Sunday."
Parking will be free around Minges Coliseum and multiple concession stands will be open. All spectators must wear masks and are required to practice social or physical distancing, staying at least 6 feet (about 2-arm lengths) from other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
