The Attorney General's office said Officer Burns, a 22-year veteran, Officer Langley, a 22-year veteran, and Officer Schanberger, an 8-year veteran, were involved in the shooting.
Maxine Redfern, 48, was killed during what police call a "domestic disturbance."
On November 24, officers responded to the 6000 block of Maple Avenue in Parkville.

As officers approached the home, they said they heard gunfire and the sound of a woman screaming, according to police.
When officers approached the front door, police say Arnel Redfern opened the front door of the home and started shooting at officers.
The three officers fired back, killing Arnel Redfern, say police.
The officers at the scene were wearing body cameras, according to police. The Attorney General's office generally released body camera video within 20 business days of a shooting.
